Structural laminated veneer timber (LVL) conforming to AS/NZS 4357 standards has performance characteristics meeting AS/NZS 4063.2 standards, thus satisfying the structural design requirements of AS1720.1 standards.

Structural LVL is manufactured using a Class A bonding process, resulting in a final product with formaldehyde emissions below 0.5 mg/L (equivalent to E0 grade).

LVL is available in a full range of sizes, from 95 x 45 mm to 220 x 75 mm. It conforms to AS/NZS 4357 (structural LVL) standards and is produced using industry-standard dimensions.

It is painted with “safety yellow/red/blue” for easy identification.

It can be used in concrete formwork support structures, such as joists, beams, purlins, and columns.

It is also suitable for edge slabs in concrete formwork frame projects and for cladding residential floor slabs.
